Malika, our beautiful Savannah, is one year old today. Here are some scenes of her daily life. Malika sends her love to Joshua and Micah, and Connie and Rene. Somewhere I read that 80% of refrigerators are used as bulletin boards / organizers / scrap books. Ours pays homage to cats, coffee, and family snapshots, and serves as a storage area for various receipts and schedules. Sheba, Polly, Malika and Mugsie of the Van Clowder appear in this nightmarish home video. Seven strong, the Van Clowder recharges constantly in the form of sleeping, napping, resting, dozing and generally lazing about. Here’s a real crowd-pleaser that I’ve seen performed everywhere from boardwalks to kids parties. I’ve even seen late night TV commercials selling this little guy. It’s only part of the scam world when it’s used to distract people while a partner is picking pockets – and don’t believe for a second this can’t happen at those kids parties. Otherwise, it’s just cool to watch… “What problem? I don’t has no problem. I can quit catnip any time – done it plenty a times already, yep! Stop spinninin like that – ya gonna make me puke. Hey, can I score some ‘nip off ya? No, no, ‘s for a friend, I promises…” The Vancouver Clowder grew a bit this week as Malika, a seven month old SBT (purebred) Savannah joined the family. After a few hours of some shyness and required hissing and moaning, the seven girls settled down and cozied up. Bengal Sheba is Malika’s best friend, being that she’s the only one who has as much energy! |
